My Story

I’ll start with some background. I was a collegiate soccer player, so I was always in incredible shape. A year after college I hurt my knee and all of my exercise stopped. It was a year before the doctors figured out what was wrong, followed by a year of recovery from the surgery. By the time I felt like I could exercise again, I was out of all of my habits, and, I was so out of shape that it hurt to exercise. So I sat… and I sat… and I sat some more. For more than ten years I led this sedentary lifestyle with a few false dawns where I began to exercise only to decide that I was too far out of shape.

This past year I decided enough was enough. I was going to get back into shape and I was going to find out how to get a six pack quickly. Luckily I stumbled across this video presentation. Finally I had found something that did not require the boring cardio that I hated. I didn’t like running when I was in shape, but when I was out of shape 45 minutes on the treadmill seemed like an eternity (and it was embarrassing because I was going so slow!).
